What sizing of the product would be the right size?

For those new to oversized t-shirts, we suggest opting for one size down from your regular size. For instance, if you typically wear a medium, choose a small in our t-shirts for the ideal fit.

Any care instructions for the t-shirt?

To maintain the vibrancy and longevity of your shirt, we recommend washing it inside out, avoiding dry cleaning, refraining from ironing directly on the design and using cold water to prevent shrinkage. These guidelines apply to both Puff Print and HD Print designs.

How soon are orders shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 72 hours after being received from our end.

How can I cancel or exchange my orders?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds. However, if you wish to return an item, the amount will be credited back to you in the form of store credit, valid for 45 days from the date of issue. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Email: info@grizzlyindia.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Can I change my delivery address?

Changes to the delivery address can only be made if the order is still unfulfilled. Once the AWB (Air Waybill) is printed, address changes cannot be accommodated. For assistance, please email us at Email: info@grizzlyindia.com, and our team will assist you.
